Over Molding


	Samoprene M series is a special designed TPE for tightly adhering onto hard substrates in the absence of adhesive. By the hard-soft over-molding process, TPE provides non-slip, impact and vibration-absorbing surfaces. This product is specially used in injection molding of soft touch grip for appliances, hand tools, toys components, etc.

SEBS


	SEBS is styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer, which is the hydrogenated product of SBS. Compared to SBS, SEBS has high weatherability and high application temperature. SEBS is soft touch and appropriate for co-injection of PP and PE or overmoulding onto PP and PE. It is applied to seal rings, toys, soles, etc.

SBS


	SBS (Styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) is a kind of TPE. It does not contain phthalates and heavy metals, and complied with European directives. It is easily painted and applied to toys(instead of PVC toys),sucking disk, the tyres of toys car, etc. SBS is suitable for the processing of injection / extrusion / blowing.
